This is an hourly part time, non-exempt position

• Base pay: $11/hour
• Hours of operation are primarily during nights and weekends, exact schedule to be set upon hire

• Interact with customers in a friendly and outgoing manner
• Create a welcoming and friendly environment for customers and event participants
• Operate Square POS system including handling credit card and cash payments
• Answer phone calls and inquiries through public Discord channels
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment in the store during and after shift
• Manage and run events in the Sylvan Factory play area
• Other duties as assigned

• Available nights and weekends
• Experience in retail or customer service
• Ability to work as a member of a team
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback
• Knowledge of product lines sold within the store
• Ability to lift items over 25 pounds and move throughout the store for the length of a 3 to 5 hour shift
• Ability to arrive on time and stay through the duration of a shift.
