Youth Gaming: School year Programs

All the Youth D&D you knew and loved, updated for the 2025-2026 school year. 

Join us for a series of 8 weekly adventures in the 2024 Dungeons and Dragons system. With a blend of combat, adventuring, and roleplay, we’ll hit on all the classic elements you’ve come to know and love. 

Players are encouraged to bring their own dice, minis, and player’s handbooks, but we also have a library of items that can be borrowed. Adventure content and level will be determined by age and experience level of registrants.

Mondays and Thursdays, 6:00-8:00

Ages 10+

Come and play every Sunday afternoon for our very exciting Youth Draft series! Each week, players will take part in a booster draft* with packs from a variety of Magic the Gathering sets and compete in a tournament with the decks they create.

The third Sunday of the month will be a special Sealed** event instead. For the month of December, we’ll be doing an all Dungeons and Dragons themed sealed event, using packs from the Forgotten Realms & Baldur's Gate sets.

Additionally, this month we will end the year off with an excitingly random chaos draft featuring all of the sets we've drafted from this year, complete with extra holiday prizing and giveaways!

12/7: Booster Draft

12/14: Dungeons and Dragons Sealed

12/21: Booster Draft

12/28: Festivus Chaos Draft

What do I need?: Dice, playmats, or any other accessories that you would like to use. All cards will be provided.

*Booster Draft: Players are given 3 Magic the Gathering booster packs, they pick a card from a pack and then pass it to another player, repeating this process until all three packs are empty before building a deck from the cards they chose.

**Sealed: Players are given six booster packs, which they will open and keep, rather than picking and passing. They will use the cards to make the best possible 40-card deck they can.

Join us from 9:30am to 3:30pm where we'll break out our extensive library of games and materials for a self-sign-up rotation of activities. Want to try a new board game? We have dozens of games in our collection and staff who can teach the rules! Want to try out a new card game like Magic the Gathering or Riftbound but don't know where to start? We have starter decks on hand to show you the ropes! Have you been thinking about trying GMing but haven't known where to start? We have numerous TTRPGs with rulebooks as small as 1 page, perfect for a silly one-off adventure. 

Other options will include but are not limited to: Commander, Pokémon, Lorcana, Star Wars.

Participants are encouraged to bring a packed lunch. A snack will also be provided.
