Behave appropriately.
We are home to gamers of all ages and strive to be a family friendly environment.
Treat this space with respect.
Avoid actions that could cause damage to store property and be sure to clean up after yourself.
Be an honest person.
Do not steal or cheat, and respect the rulings of event organizers.
Event Product is Reserved for Participants.
Event tickets and any associated products are reserved for event participants. Those unable to participate in the event will have their registration cancelled and refunded as per the refund policy. Associated product will not be held for those not in attendance.
Returns and Exchanges
Unopened Collectible Card game product can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a receipt, for full value or a merchandise credit will be issued.
Unopened Board Games, models and other products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, with a receipt, or exchanged.
We do not accept returns on food, opened product, worn or used cosplay elements and secondary market product such as used games and TCG singles.
No Cash Trades/Sales or Soliciting.
Please refrain from buying/selling or planning to buy/sell items for cash while in the store or in our community Discord. (As an alternative, some community members exchange store credit for these kinds of trades)
We do not allow self promotion or soliciting of products, services, or commissions.
No consumption of illicit substances.
Consumption of marijuana, alcohol, or the use of e-cigarettes/vapes on store premises is strictly prohibited. Please refrain from utilizing the play space while under the influence or smelling of any illicit substance. Please refrain from smoking within 20 feet of the store entrance.
No swearing or inappropriate conversation.
Regardless of whether children are within the store, please refrain from swearing or discussing topics that would not be considered appropriate for children to overhear.
No counterfeit or IP infringing materials.
The use of unofficial game materials is prohibited while participating in Sylvan Factory events. Counterfeit and IP infringing items are strictly prohibited at all times within Sylvan Factory regardless of event participation.
Practice considerate personal hygiene.
Community members are expected to maintain reasonable hygiene and personal cleanliness. Complimentary hygiene items are available in both Sylvan Factory restrooms
The comfort and safety of our community is of the utmost importance. If you observe anything that violates these community standards, especially if anyone’s comfort or safety are in question, please notify a staff member whenever you next feel safe and able to do so.
